Who is Microclean Solutions and why should you choose MCS for your consultation and training needs?

The consultants and training staff of Microclean Solutions are not simply consultants; we are not engineers or technical personnel who have "decided" to perform consultation in the specific area of Contamination Control and/or ESD based on having had some level of exposure to these disciplines during the performance of other tasks.

Microclean Solutions is comprised of consummate engineers who have over 100 collective years of direct experience working in the Contamination and ESD engineering fields. The primary engineering staff has spent the bulk of their careers working directly for industries which require contamination and ESD control as part of their manufacturing yield and production requirements such as disk drive, aerospace and wafer fabrication.

Each individual staff engineer has years of experience in the areas of product manufacturing as related to the necessary contamination and ESD requirements, including: cleanroom maintenance, establishment of requirements, development and publication of required specifications, development and establishment of processes meeting contamination and ESD requirements, development and design of process equipment and tooling meeting contamination and ESD requirements, sustaining support and monitoring, process audits, resolution of yield issues and failure analysis, planning and R&D for next generation advances in technology, and product road map development.

There are no degree programs at any university level for Contamination Control and ESD engineering; only those who have spent years in these disciplines, working actual issues in these areas for industry leading companies can be truly qualified to competently and effectively address these issues. If you have specific needs for Contamination Control and/or ESD engineering level support to assist your company with these related issues, only Microclean Solution can provide the necessary level of technically experienced engineering staff to implement the necessary programs and successfully resolve your contamination or ESD issues.
